What type of artworks do you sell?
- We sale Digital Art in form of digital hand painted Art ,Digital art-in form of Illustrative ,Abstract Art ,Modern Art ,Digital Painted fine art, and photography art.All design are prepared in house with licensed Digital software .If we out source we pay license fee to the artist/publishing house
- You can upload your own art, photograph and have it printed and framed.
What Print media do you use for your Art?
- We use two type of print media Art paper and Canvas Cloth
Art paper we use -Canvas paper , Mat Paper ,Pin headed Paper from 175 gsm to 300 gsm as per requirement
- Canvas Cloth-We use coated canvas cloth of Arvind Mill which is specially made for digital canvas art and print it in Latex machine which ink is UV protected printing is guaranteed for 20 years
Artwork with frame, it is ready to be hung?
- Yes, when you order a framed artwork, or stretched canvas it is ready to be hung. Comes with hooks at the back for hanging. There is no assembly required.
Can I customize the size of art print?
- Yes we offers complete customization according to your wall size and colour
How accurate is image colors shown and what I will get? and what about the size accuracy?
- We strive for a high degree of image accuracy and verify the sizes of all images on our Website. Please note that on different devices, laptops and computer screens the color shades of images are seen with small variations.
- Please be assured that you will only get the best quality that it can be becuase all our artworks developed with licensed software maintaining color code for printing and owe print with required pixel according to the size to provide best quality out put
- With regards to the size, there may be small variations (up to 2″ for larger sizes) in the finished products due to aspect ratio of an image, printer specifications etc.
We use frames made of polystyrene. It is classy looking, light weight and very long lasting. All framing materials are sourced from the best in the industry
How do I place an order?
For Wall Art
- While browsing various category pages, click on artworks you like. You will be taken to the product page, where you can choose a ready size and choose your own size, frame, mount color, it’s size etc. Add the product in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. On the your shopping cart page, when you’re ready to complete your order, click “Checkout”, fill up your billing & shipping address, review your order details and proceed to make payment. For customization please mail or WhatsApp us we send you’re the proposal and accordingly we will proceed
For Photo to Art
- For this you have to upload your good and clear picture on our photo uploaded form than go to product page to choose your option . Add the product in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. On the your shopping cart page, when you’re ready to complete your order, click “Checkout”, fill up your billing & shipping address, review your order details and proceed to make payment. Before finalization we will take your final approval with maximum two revision .Final approval period maximum 7 days from the date of uploading your photograph

For Video invitation

What kind of image can I upload to be printed?
- You can upload a .jpg, or .png, under 30MB and we’ll print and frame it for you!
What are the resolution requirements for digital upload for custom framing orders?
- The minimum resolution for digital uploads is 150 DPI. Since resolution reduces as you enlarge a photo, the higher the resolution of your file, the larger your print can be. If you’d like to print a larger photo than what is suggested, you’ll need to upload a higher-resolution image of your photo to have a larger print to a maximum size of 40×60 inch.
What type of payments do you accept?
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, Netbanking, UPI, and Wallet payments.
What will happen if the payment gets deducted and I get an error or I don’t receive the order confirmation?
- There is nothing to worry. If the payment is deducted and order confirmation is not received then either the order will get processed later on or the payment gateway will transfer your many back to your account. Sometimes there is lag between banks and payment gateway and our system or other system issues. But we do reconcile the data and the order will get processed if we receive your payment eventually.

What type of packaging do you use?
With frame: Your artwork has following packaging – protective covering over frame corners, shrink wrap over frame, additional hard board covering over frame edges, bubble/ foam wrap, outer hard board covering, outer shrink wrap.
Without frame: Your artwork is rolled with butter paper to protect it against dust and then inserted in a tube to keep from any kind of damage during transit.
there have been minimal damages during transit. The breakage rate is less than 0.03%.
When will my artwork arrive?
Art Prints: We ship your artwork by courier within 7-10 days. It usually takes about 3-10 days depending on the delivery point. We are based in Kolkata, India. It ususally takes between 4-7 days to deliver in all metros and major cities.
Please Note: Due to high volume, the orders placed during the sale period will take 4-5 more days to ship and due to Covid situation in the country delivery may be delayed more than usual
How much will shipping cost?
During the check out in cart that cost will be added automatically according to your pin code
What is your return & cancellation policy?
If you are not satisfied with quality, we are happy to accept the return. Please inform us within 5 days of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns apply only to art print items. Custom Photo frame items (where customer uploads his/her own picture and we print, frame as per order) and framed original artworks are not eligible for returns. Unframed original artworks can be returned.
You are required to ship the products to our address.
Please note that, the responsibility of proper packing and making sure that products reach us in perfectly good, new condition lies with you.
Once we receive the products, our team will inspect and make sure that there are no damages. If there is breakage, damages or scratches on the products then it becomes useless for us and hence we can’t process the refund (we will share the pictures).
If there are no damages, we will process the refund immediately. If there are damages, then we can send the products back to you in as is condition if you want them and you will bear the shipping charges.
If refund is to be issued, we will refund it the same mode of online payment when you placed or in case of COD will ask for bank details for bank transfer.
In an unlikely event of damages during delivery, artwork having quality issue or wrong artwork delivered to you, it is eligible for free replacement. Customer shall inform us about the damaged artwork, quality issue or wrong artwork within 48 hours of delivery along the photos of artwork showing the issue as a proof. We shall not be liable to replace the artwork or refund the money if it is informed after completion of 48 hours from time of delivery.
Our artwork is customized as per your order. The production process starts as soon as you place the order. We are unable to cancel your order after the payment is made and you receive the confirmation.
However, we are happy to cancel the order for you before our production process begins, which is typically within an 2-3 hour of you placing an order. In case you wish to cancel please call/write back to us as soon as possible, and we can let you know if the order can be cancelled.
If the order is cancelled, we will refund in the same mode of payment customer used or ask for the bank details for money transfer and it will take up to 7 business days to process the refund.

Do you provide advice on selecting art as per my requirements?
We are happy to have our designers help you with selecting the artworks and sizes as per your interior design.
General question we will have for you are –
- Do you have any theme in mind, like Abstract, Landscape etc?
- Are looking for one single artwork or a set (collage) is also fine with you?
- Do you know what size of artworks you are looking for? Or let us know the approximate dimensions of the wall and we can suggest the size.
- What is the colour of wall and other furniture in the room? It will be good if your can share any pictures of the room where you want to hang the paintings.
- Any primary colour in the artworks that you would prefer?
- Finally, please share if any artworks that you liked on our website. This helps a lot in selecting artworks for you.
Do you charge for this service?
No. There are no charges for this service. We are happy to help customers find the perfect art for their interiors. But if you want mock up of our art with your interior photo provided by you than it is chargeable depends for how many wall, and how many wall art, you want to mock up. It starts from Rs 500 but it is adjustable once you place the order
