Q.1- Exchange PolicyCLOTHING & ACCESSORIES

C2GX brand by Concept Creation Graphix provides you one-time size exchange services. Exchange is only available in clothing not in Accessories ie- Mobile covers, Coaster ,Cup, Mouse Pad any item which comes under the category of Accessories cannot be exchanged. Please note that the exchange request needs to be raised within 3 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2- 3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request. In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted. The new order will be on its way as soon as the exchange item is verified at our warehouse. The exchange process is subject to your exchange item meeting the above conditions.q

Q.2What if the new size for the exchange isn’t available

exchanges are also subject to availability. If the new required size isn’t available then you can choose any other design on available sizes.

Q.3-Is cash on delivery (cod) available?

Yes! COD is available for orders below INR 2000 on all serviceable pincodes.

Q.4-IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE?

We do not charge any additional handling fee for returns.

Q.5-HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The order usually takes 7-10 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at [email protected]

Q.6-HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

 You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Q.7-WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at [email protected] We will do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.

Q.8-ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

We charge a shipping fee of  Rs 50- 100/- on all order that will be automatically added once you start  check out. Free shipment is also there exceeding the order value Rs.2000

CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND

Q-10 HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To make a cancellation, please log into your account, before dispatch you have to conceal the order .Prepaid order can’t be concealed

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

 Q-11 After confirmation of return will be mailed you . You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify(if it does not fall under our exchange policy-Q-1 & 2) issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment. Please note that no handling fee is charged for returns. In addition, free products received during any promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns.

Q-12 WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on [email protected]. Incase you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed

Q-13 WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

For exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check.
